We're demystifying our magic and sharing the Make Believe Works story...in a 2 minute video!

At Make Believe Works, we're not about your typical mini-golf or axe-throwing team building. While those activities offer a fun break, our mission runs deeper: we use creativity to fundamentally shift how people work together. Our approach is so new and innovative that everyone finds it hard to explain in a word or phrase, so we needed to make this video to give you a first-hand experience of the creativity and connection that happens during our activities, and hear from some of our clients the impact our work has had on them.

This video above highlights how Make Believe Works helps build lasting bonds in a safe and healthy way. Our co-founder, Ben Swire, discusses the profound impact he discovered through designing deceptively simple "creative playdates" that  accelerated trust and connection for his colleagues when he was at IDEO. It was these experiences that led him to his life’s work of creating Make Believe Works with cofounder Lara Storm.

All of Make Believe Works’ activities focus on the core elements of effective collaboration: trust, vulnerability, and meaningful connection. This helps people see beyond resumes and roles, fast tracking collaborative relationships that might otherwise take years to develop.

Make Believe Works engages individuals on a deeply human level, whether for groups of 5 or 500. We work with companies looking to nourish an already great culture, or those seeking to mend what's broken. Our video helps everyone understand the transformative power of what we do.
