Trust in a time of layoffs
There are moments when trust in an organization gets harder.
Strategies change. Budgets shrink. Priorities shift.
In times like these, it's natural to ask:
Can I trust this company?
That’s a fair question, but this may be a more useful one:
Can I trust the people around me?
Organizations make promises. People make commitments.
And while none of us can guarantee what happens next, we can decide how we'll show up for one another when it does.
We've noticed that the strongest teams don't build trust by pretending uncertainty doesn't exist.
They build it by creating the confidence that nobody has to navigate that uncertainty alone.

A question we can ask ourselves is:
What would help the people around me feel less alone right now?
